Baked Sweet Potato Fries
These baked sweet potato fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned. Enjoy with a burger or on their own with your favorite dipping sauce. These fries are guaranteed to disappear quickly and doubling the recipe is highly recommended!

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and scrub your sweet potatoes, pat dry and slice them into fries. Place in large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the fries followed by the spice mixture and toss by hand until well coated.
- Spread the fries on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake another 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
