Description

These baked sweet potato fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned. Enjoy with a burger or on their own with your favorite dipping sauce. These fries are guaranteed to disappear quickly and doubling the recipe is highly recommended!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and scrub your sweet potatoes, pat dry and slice them into fries. Place in large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the fries followed by the spice mixture and toss by hand until well coated.
  3. Spread the fries on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake another 10 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Top with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
