- 1 13.5oz can full-fat coconut milk
- 10oz frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- A few basil leaves
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put ingredients into a blender in the following order: coconut milk, maple syrup, vinegar, strawberries, basil leaves, salt.
- Blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
- Enjoy softer immediately, or place in freezer and freeze for additional 30-60 minutes for a more scoopable ice cream.
