Pumpkin Spice Donuts with Cinnamon Sugar

These pumpkin spice donuts are a delicious fall breakfast that only take about 20 minutes to make from start to finish, so you can whip them up while enjoying your morning coffee.




  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs

Cinnamon Sugar

  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the coconut oil, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and eggs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into the donut pan and smooth down the tops of the donuts with the back of a spoon. Bake for 10-12 minutes.5. Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon and pour the mixture onto a plate. Dip each donut into coconut oil, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
