1 lb chicken tenders
2 large eggs
⅓ cup hemp hearts
⅔ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, stir together the hemp hearts, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Dredge each chicken tender in the egg wash, then coat in the breading. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden.
