These blondies are perfectly chewy and have a slight nutty flavor with plenty of chocolatey goodness in each bite! You won’t believe they’re dairy, grain and refined sugar free.

⅔ cup tahini
1 egg
¼ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
1 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 paleo dark chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the tahini, egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar and vanilla.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until a dough forms and gently fold in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and smooth the top with the back of a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
