Paleo Burger Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb grassfed ground beef
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves (or other leafy green), chopped or ripped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced (alternatively you could use multiple red pearl onions)
  • 4 pickle spears
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Split the ground beef into 4 sections, and create ½ inch patties with your hands.
  2. Bring a medium sized pan to medium heat and cook your burgers for 3 minutes each side.
  3. Make your bowls each with: 1 burger, ¼ tomato, 1 romaine lettuce leaf (chopped), red onion slices, 1 pickle spear, and mustard.
  4. Enjoy!
