- 1 lb grassfed ground beef
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves (or other leafy green), chopped or ripped into bite sized pieces
- 1 medium red onion, sliced (alternatively you could use multiple red pearl onions)
- 4 pickle spears
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Split the ground beef into 4 sections, and create ½ inch patties with your hands.
- Bring a medium sized pan to medium heat and cook your burgers for 3 minutes each side.
- Make your bowls each with: 1 burger, ¼ tomato, 1 romaine lettuce leaf (chopped), red onion slices, 1 pickle spear, and mustard.
