Rainbow Smoothie
Enjoy all the fresh flavors of summer with this rainbow smoothie! It is ready in a few minutes, healthy and extremely delicious.

For the purple layer
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
For the green layer
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ cucumber
- ½ teaspoon raw honey
For the yellow layer
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- Juice from 1 orange
For the pink layer
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup strawberries
- ¼ cup coconut milk
Instructions
- For each layer, blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Make sure to clean the blender after each layer so the colors don’t mix together.
- Divide between 2 serving glasses in any order you like.
