Description

Enjoy all the fresh flavors of summer with this rainbow smoothie! It is ready in a few minutes, healthy and extremely delicious.


Ingredients

Scale

For the purple layer

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream

For the green layer

  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey

For the yellow layer

  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • Juice from 1 orange

For the pink layer

  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. For each layer, blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Make sure to clean the blender after each layer so the colors don’t mix together.
  2. Divide between 2 serving glasses in any order you like.
