Description
These bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts are simple yet delicious and make the perfect party appetizer or side dish. Great with honey mustard dipping sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- ½ pound bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Trim the ends off of the brussels sprouts. Slice the bacon in half, then slice each half lengthwise.
- Wrap one bacon piece around each Brussels sprout and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy. Serve with paleo dipping sauce.
