Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

These bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts are simple yet delicious and make the perfect party appetizer or side dish. Great with honey mustard dipping sauce!


  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • ½ pound bacon


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Trim the ends off of the brussels sprouts. Slice the bacon in half, then slice each half lengthwise.
  3. Wrap one bacon piece around each Brussels sprout and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy. Serve with paleo dipping sauce.
