
Paleo Deconstructed Sushi Plate

Ingredients
- 6oz of wild caught salmon (make sure it’s fresh!)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- wasabi, if desired
Instructions
- Slice cucumber into thin slices. Using a peeler, create carrot ribbons. Cube mango. Slice avocado. Slice salmon into ¼ inch slices.
- In a small dish, combine coconut aminos with ¼ tsp of wasabi.
- Split ingredients between two plates and enjoy your plate of delicious raw, fresh, paleo ingredients!
