Paleo Deconstructed Sushi Plate

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6oz of wild caught salmon (make sure it’s fresh!)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • wasabi, if desired

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber into thin slices. Using a peeler, create carrot ribbons. Cube mango. Slice avocado. Slice salmon into ¼ inch slices.
  2. In a small dish, combine coconut aminos with ¼ tsp of wasabi.
  3. Split ingredients between two plates and enjoy your plate of delicious raw, fresh, paleo ingredients!
